By downloading, installing, or using Kiln Checkout ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Kiln Checkout is an iPad kiosk application for pottery studios that enables members to self-checkout their fired pottery pieces. The app generates barcode receipts that studio staff can scan to process checkouts.
Kiln Checkout is currently free to download and use. Pricing may change in the future with advance notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device on which the app is installed and any data stored within the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
All content, design, and code within Kiln Checkout are the property of Kiln Checkout and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiln Checkout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. We recommend maintaining regular device backups.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
